Guess he knew the time was near when he stepped down and just wanted to keep it under wraps... will be missed for sure.

I don't think any single person on this earth can comprehend just how far reaching this man's legacy is. I would venture to guess that more than 90% of the worlds population has been affected by Steve Jobs in some way or another, that just a ballpark it's more than likely higher. I wish I had half of his drive at his worst.

Say what you want about Apple, Apple's Products/Policies, or his insane temper, but you can't say that he didn't change the world forever. I have never felt something emotional whenever I have heard of a celebrity dying, until today. I more sad than anything else that for someone like Steve Jobs to give his entire self just to go way too early. I know that Apple will continue to innovate and build great products, I just hope they can do it with the same focus that Steve brought to the company.

I am deeply sad. I grew up on Mac, still using it today. It is something that I've seen coming as we knew he had cancer and he should have reported that he was getting better a if he was a while back. This is very sad news to me.
