Should I buy a MIDI Fighter?

Im liking what this mf can do from the videos...........is it plug and play with serato?
I already have dicers, but would like more effects, will the mf come with a mapping for effects?

For Serato, a MF is the equivalent of the DJTT mapping for the dicers (I think).
