It looks cool for non DJ apps but personally I'm not a fan of stuff like this for traktor.

It's cool for launching clips and using the buttons as pads and all the neat stuff you can do in ableton but I find the layout non conducive to DJing (my style at least). The buttons at the bottom are cramped and don't line up with the columns above. It is just too many of the same square button with no spacing between them to differentiate sections. If they were grouped it might be a little better but it just gets too confusing like that and there's no way to label them easily either.

I personally find that for traktor, that 4th knob for each column is crucial.
If your gnna use a controller for fx, i need a dry/wet knob. people who mix internally might also want a separate gain encoder.

I like it !! seems good for traktor (techno/house/trance Dj) and ableton live..
so if you work with both softwares... this controller is the actual best choice in my point of view...
about the price...I think it will be 500€ or more ...(the LIVID OHM 64 is about 550€ in Europe)
    Music, music, music....

dont comprare something made awesome by livid (which builds them all by hand), to something mass produced in china.

livid controllers have to be seen and used (theyre like tanks btw) in person to truly appreciate them
