Just started using 3 decks. Fun!

I'd been thinking about upgrading my A2DJ to an Audio 8 so I can use a third deck for samples, acapellas and what not, but just realised that I could hack my Audio 2 and split the stereo into two monos as a halfway house. Obviously this is nowt new, but I'd just never tried it myself. Anyway, it all works fine and I just had the most fun mix I've had for ages! It was also really fun to mix without cans, I've seen some recent discussion about this and thought it sounded like nonsense, but it was really fun.

So, yeah. Just thought I'd share

i mix without headphones from time to time... depends on how well i know the tracks tbh (and if im syncing or beatmatching)

or if i need to check levels and cant hear out my monitors...


deff is alot of fun tho.. 4 decks is sweet too

Pick yourself up an Audio 6, then you can use 4 decks AND your headphones
