    use PT9 or PT10

IMHO PT is a waste of money because of all of the gradesand payments you have to make to upgrade.

personally i use Presonus Studio One, and i am not looking back.

Reatune for Reaper is also cool, but you can't remove all pitch variation to make robot voices with it

cockos might give it away as a free vst, I'm not sure. They do that for a bunch of their reaplugs.
