i own a similar player in my country djmedia 7000

my player dosent boot , the software is frozen on the welcome screen , i have approached the manfacturer but they
dont have any solution to this problem ,does any one have a firmware i can try ,

Do any of you with the Versadeck remember having problems with the buffer getting corrupted when fast forwarding too much where it will skip loop on its own? None of the standalone Hanpin hybrid media player "separates" do this and I'm wondering if my Versadeck is defective. It has done this from day one and ADJ wonders if maybe it should be looked at for a repair.
