Open Box S4: Comes with a warranty?

After much training and saving, I'm movin' on up to an S4. Does the Open Box S4 come with a warranty? Those $100 savings are pretty sweet, but if it's worth it to just pay for a new one, I'll do it.

depends on the vendor. call/email them to ask specifics, but most I've seen do tend to come with a warranty intact.

There are even some vendors that are rumored to sell new, unopened items as 'open box' to circumvent MAP pricing contracts with their suppliers. which is win-win.
