Traktor S4 Scratch upgrade, buy it or not???

I consider buying this upgrade because of the amazing price, but wil this happen again? Because this week i really need the money
(normaly i would have bought it without hestating)

I seriously doubt any time in the next year at least. There was a time when the scratch upgrade was free for S4 owners and that probably won't happen again.

does anyone know whether this upgrade will be MK2 only? i've had the S4 for over a year. but since i'm upgrading to scratch only now, does this mean i cannot use mk1 tc media?
