So in the past few years the friends I have & people I know are in some of the most up & coming groups or have done some pretty epic tuna's.

For example I was chillin w/ a friend earlier, we got chatting about music as usual & he decided he'd tell me where it all started for him...

I know quite a few famous DJ's/producers personally, but they are famous in SA, not really Internationally. They are pretty much booked up all year round in SA, something I hope will be the same for me on day...

A couple. Most aren't very close friends, though. A couple rappers who may or may not ever make it big but have put out a track or two, one vocalist who's a promoter now, and a couple DJs who've been on tour. And a friend from DJF got ASOT'd at some point. I'm not sure what happened to him.

I really should start cultivating some of those.

In funnier news, I'm 3 jumps away from Kanye West by 2 completely different paths (his stylist went to HS with a friend of mine and my hetero life partner has gone drinking with his european tour manager) and at one point facebook suggested that I might know Richard West (Mr.C), whom I've met but who probably doesn't remember me…but we have at least 2 mutual friends. Oh, and a Fraternity Brother's step sister used to date Sasha. Real funny stories from that one.
