TSP 2 - Deck filled with black..no sound

This problem has happened when i've been using TSP 1 as well, so it's not just my software.

The situation is easier to explain if i explain my actions:

Im playing a track on deck A. I'm looping a track on deck B to mix in.
Once B is almost finished playing, I then mix in deck A at the end.

Now, when i drag a track back into deck B and press play, the deck fills with darkness, and shows no wave form or sound. I then have to press one of the two deck buttons underneath, and it corrects it.

Does anyone know why this happens and if it's an issue? I don't mind pressing the relative or absolute deck button to correct it each time but it only seems to happen if the previous track on that deck had been looped at one point..
