I think you need to do a LOT of research on Copyright / filesharing and legalities and illegalities of such matters.

By the 'sounds' of what you have said, you are collecting music from other DJs and you are wishing to sell copies via PayPal... this is illegal.

Blah blah, territories, blah blah some legal mumbo jumbo... file sharing in Canada is illegal despite the nuances of the Private Copying Exception that exists in Canada.

Please can you clarify (in more then one sentence) what it is you wish to do.

Oh and DJTT will not be involved in this DJ Pool.

Yeah, I don't see that being much of a benefit for DJTT as a business. The reward is not worth the risk. Don't get me wrong, I'd love to have some easy access music. but that's still just a click away to the next website who is allocated all their resources to smoothly and legally running a DJ pool.

What would be kinda cool is if we had like a turntable.fm type thing where we could enter a room an DJ on here or, if we wanted to, we could go browse the forums with some good music in the background picked by our fellow toolers.

Yes that would be a good idea,

ok so, I use to have an account with dj city and funkmasterflex's dj pools, and from that i just have continued to follow the process and download tons of music, every month, So i just put together a 6-8gb update everymonth, i figured id id more people to my pool, as easy music is hard to find sometimes, .
