Yeah the new G.A. stuff is wicked.

Got the sampler a few weeks back:

Pull Up (Crank It Up) Mad Decent B-Live Remix
Drop The Tough (Van She B-Live Remix)
Drop The Tough (Twelves B-Live Club Mix)
Drop The Tough (Twelves B-Live Edit)
    Pull Up (Crank It Up)
Pull Up (Crank It Up) Mad Decent B-Live Remix
    Go
    El Padrino
    Drop The Tough

    All winners.

Didnt get the new Basement Jaxx yet but it should land any day now.

yummy! cheers for that bruv. one of those new basement jaxx tracks is pretty shiny, its all over the place and seems to switch genres about 10 time throughout the song. very different, and i think has major potential for digital djs. the un-repitious style of it has some merit

Yeah i love G.A and Basement Jaxx. Seen em both a few times and its always a real head-popping experience.
I love the early Atlantic Jaxx stuff . I have a few of those 12"s and they are mind bending.

i dig about half of the new GA tracks (and remixes) that i've heard so far.

basement jaxx has so much potential i feel, but always falls a little short... or comes off as cheesy. hopefully their new cd brings the noise though! anyone know what it's called? i'm in class and can't look it up right now

Atlantic Jaxx was Basement Jaxxs own label way back.
They still put other artists out on it although their own stuff is release on XL Recordings .

Wow Basement Jaxx is just one sick of a live act... definitely the best out of whole 2008 for me. Sadly didn't have the oportunity for G.A. yet... but new album, fingers crossed, some tour, and hopefuly they will be in range.
