Understanding latency

    Default Understanding latency

    Hey guys, using TSP2 and have no idea about latency, and if i should change it from the default setting? its currently sitting at 17 and 512ms i think..

    any help would be appreciated.

    Latency is the time it takes your actions to be processed and heard on the speakers. Lowering the latency will make response more snappy but it will introduce audio artifacts if the setting is too low. How low can you go depends entirely on your system's processing power and if you have optimized your system (windows).

    If you don't feel like there is lag in your actions then leave it the way it is.
