Default How does this email sound?

Hey below is the email I am thinking of sending to a group organizing a dance party to cap off a "culture week" at my school. What do you think?
    Hello,
My name is Matthew Petersen, I am a student at GT, and I mix music in
my free time. I enjoy mixing almost every type of music, however my
favorites are trance, house, electro, and drum & bass.
While these genres are what I am usually working with, I am up for
diversifying my set to meet what you may be looking for, and look
forward to a challenge of broadening my own horizons musically. I have
some great ideas that I believe can help make your party be a success
and would love to work hand in hand with you on planning it.
Below is a link to a 1 hour live mix I made recently, it is
comprised of mostly electro and some house music, I hope you enjoy it.
I look forward to working with you.
    Matthew Petersen, aka. FIX8:OSCill8
P.s. The mix is under the moniker DJ NikNak, which I was previously
using, I am now going by FIX8:OSCill8

First thing, take the reference to FIX8:Oscill8 out of the post-script. It is not necessary.

I'll look at it deeper after I've eaten
    It's the FAQ. Read it.

You mean that I shouldn't even mention the name at this point? just to use my real name, I could understand that. Thanks for the feedback, will be checking back later to see what else ya got for me.

It's really nice. Just remember to put your contact info (mobile, e-mail, house phone, etc).

    Good luck with that!

No, I mean take the second reference out of the post-script. PS stands for post-script (meaning an addition after you signed it).

Leave it in the text, but take it out after your reference DJ Nik Nak.

Make sure you change the ID3 and mp3 tags to remove "DJ NikNak" and reupload to the web.

Don't underestimate what human contact can do though. You're much better off handing it to the guys who run the dance night than posting it.
