I picked up a pair of the Dr. Suzuki "Mix Edition" slipmats for my 1200s. These are the best slipmats I've ever owned. They're perfect for someone who does an even amount of mixing and scratching. I wish I would have discovered them sooner.

Picked up an Electrix Tweaker with case BRAND NEW at a local electronics store. FOR $99! I didn't think I needed it, but didn't want to pass up the deal.
Turns out it's going to be the centerpiece of my setup from now on. I'm selling the S4 and going back to external mixing. I'm mapping it today. It's a brilliant piece of kit. Not sure why people weren't into it, but I'm seriously impressed. The editor allows for any customization you could want, and the LED feedback is fantastic (7 colors to choose from).
