Traktor+ableton issues

My current setup is an iPad with lemur controlling bentosans smart mixer and effects with a notivation launchpad with katapult. As for the software: I have traktor pro running audio to ableton live with Jackrouter.

Apart from my setup, I sometimes get random glitching and crackleing which sounds terrible and anoying I checked my activity monitor and neither ableton nor traktor is eating upp my CPU (got a MBP with the 2,7 i7 processor and 8GB RAM) and I reinstalled my sound card twice (audio 2 dj)

So the question is: Could it be my soundcard, jackrouter or my OS (Lion) that is disrupting my audio?

what driver are you using for your soundcard? some of the newer drivers are pretty unstable.
