ableton live does not have impulse

my ableton does not have impulse, i go under defaults, then instruments, but impulse, operator, etc... are not included. i kinda wanna make beats but its hard without impulse because i can't sample drum loops. also, under presets --> instruments --> impulse there are some sample impulse presets but they already have weird settings and I want to start off clean straight out of impulse. Is there a way for me to get the straight impulse? thanks

Do you have Ableton live suite ? or just the standard Ableton live ?

I dont think they are included in live 8 (non-suite editions) so you would need to do an upgrade and id wait till ableton 9 to see if ableton will change their price structure personally
