Traktor 4 deck sync Issues!?

Hi Chaps, I'm currently experimenting with 2 Soundcard's. Both are Native Instruments Audio 2 DJ's. 1 for channel A and B and the other for C and D.

My issue is after a while of playing music on deck A and B I loose SYNC with deck's C and D. Is this a latency issue? or is it something to do with the Master/SYNC settings in Traktor?

Would love to get this sorted. As having to use a minus pitch to Sync Decks C-D to deck's A-B in SYNC .
