Thumbs up DJ setup dj EKSi - Alkmaar

    Hi there,

    First of all, HELLO
My name is Maikel aka dj EKSi, and i am new here!

As this forum is created to show your equipment, i will show you my setup.

As you can see, its mainly NI; NI is something a fell in love with in 2010. First bought me and audio interface and started using Traktor Pro, not long after i bought the rest. I almost have it all now.. for some reason i cant stop buying their stuff, its so bloody amazing and good.

Since i bought/use my equipment "i am hooked"

If you like House MUSIC then my mixes are available for the public.

    Nice!

    what are those speaker stands?
It's not the gear. It's how you use it.
limitations are the source of creativity.
If you don't practice you don't want it.

Nice set up. Just wondering, do you actually use the X1? All of its functions are on the S4 so I'm curious about how you use it?

Nice set-up. Loving the bowls as speaker stands. Is it a bit stable or do the speakers wobble just by looking at 'm?
I was planning on getting something random from Ikea that would raise my speakers. I ques i missed those.

    Hi Dave,
Yes i use the X1, i have 2 of them. 1 i dont use as its not really needed. I use the X1 for Effect 3 and 4 in Traktor Pro. And when i use for example Fruityloops, i use it as midi controller for my VST plugins. Hope this answers your question

    Hi Ricoot,
