Having the same issue. Thank goodness i bought the additional warranty through Guitar Center.

I do have a question however. How do i swap to make decks C & D my primary decks? Whenever i try to load a track into either deck it won't load. I have switched them from remix decks to track decks but nothing. This is probably a simple fix i'm missing but can't find it. Any help would be appreciated.

dealt with this problem for a few months with no fix. calibrating, cleaning, uninstall-reinstall all didn't work. Finally contacted NI and they sent a replacement unit. Took about 4 weeks because they have had a lot of these returns.

CONTACT THEM BEFORE WARRANTY RUNS OUT

How long is the warranty? I can't find their warranty statements anywhere on the website and I don't think I got any papers of it. And how do I contact them if not by their mail? I mailed before the warranty went out (if it's one year warranty), but I have not got any answer from them.

I have not been able to find their phone number either.

    Please help.

I used some canned air with the spray straw in the fader slot and that seemed to work.

If your warranty runs out you can send it in for out of warranty repair. Cost for repair is around 120 minimum up to 400.

here is a link to new faders if you are out of warranty and have a soldering iron it takes about 15 min to replace the faders.. usually when they starts jumping around it means the carbon strip in the faders are already worn down.. there is a link to some on ebay
