    Default SamJL's Setup

Finally a Sunday where I'm not in bed hungover so I figured I'd get around to finally posting my setup! I'm always lurking checking out everyone's

I've always wanted to dj for as long as I can remember but could never really afford it. The earliest set up I can remember was this all-in-one package I had bought one Christmas when I was about 12? It looked like this

It sucked basically, but I managed a few birthdays out of it

The next set up consisted of two Denon DNS-1000's and a Gemini mixer that I bought with money I'd saved from my 18th. They weren't great and it's put me off Denon products ever since. (Both players started having problems a few months after buying them new)

Ended up selling everything and took a long break after some problems, but 3 years on and I'm back and spending every minute I can mixing

I think I'm happy to say my setups complete.. for now (Recently bought an X1 just so I can stop using the laptop)

    Haha thanks!

Yeah, I recently spent Christmas/NYE in Thailand and wanted to bring something back as a memento, an STD didn't seem quite appropriate so the Buddha won!
