*Newbie Question* What MIDI controller/Mixer?

So I've had traktor pro for a while now, and been messin around on it alot but I've decided that I want to start going some where - but I dont know where to go.

The budget is about £250..

I was wandering if anyone could suggest a MIDI controller or Mixer that would offer me the greatest amount of control within this price range? I wont be scratching, and probally will only stick to 2 of the 4 decks available. It would be nice to be able to map all the effects or atleast have a way to easily change between them.

Or if u could recommend a set up or any other possibilities... anything... advice or information I'd be really greatful.
