I am trying to secure a room in a house for a few night for an eminent Professor who is visiting the area to document the Winter Music Conference. There will be a prize for the first person to offer accommodation in Mid March.

Thanks man Just to clarify I actually need 2 rooms in some configuration (there will be three people and none of us are cuddlers); I've been looking for condos/apts along this line but the whole damn city is booked.

expedia dude, plenty of stuff still available during WMC
I'm at the airport mariott then it is cheap and nice, just gotta pay for cab fare. Search hotels around miami international airport- there are still plenty of nice rooms for $200 a night just add in money for cab fare to downtown or south beach and it is still reasonable.
