    Default how do i get my mixtrack pro to control ableton?

    I have my mixtrack pro which i want to use to control things in ableton, but since there is no instant mapping it doesn't seem to want to work. I connect the controller via usb set the remotes on in ableton for it but it just doesn't do anything.

    Can i get some help please?

    Thanks

    have you mapped anything? click midi at the top, click a control in the software and move the relevant control on the mixtrack.

    Right beside the midi button is a little yellow square also. Move a couple controls on your mixtrack and see if the square starts lighting up

    Light = receiving midi.
    no light = no signal coming in.

    Make sure you turn OFF track and sync in the midi ports from the midi sync menu,leave just remote ON.Then click the midi learn button and assign what you want.

    I have tried all of the above before. The mixtrack works fine with traktor, but no luck with ableton.
