    @ patch, I have one of them, they don't fold up and are a bit of a pain to carry around due to the feet being about 2' wide.

    Just looking at than uberstand replica - doesn't look like it locks (no zip ties...) in the upright position...

    Just to let everyone know i bought 2 of these last week and they are much better than the uberstand.

    For a start with the uberstand they had that problem of tipping backwards,on this stand there is no such problem as it has screws in the bottom of the base that can be tightened to stop the wobble and tipping backwards so no need for velcro straps or cable ties.

    So anyone in the market for a new laptop stand i would really recommend this.
