" I’m the Dude, so that’s what you call me. That or, uh His Dudeness, or uh Duder, or El Duderino, if you’re not into the whole brevity thing. "
The piano in your living room and your ear will be most accurate.
If not Mixed in Key is you best bet,
Theres a few free open source ones but they're not as good.
DJTT did a comparison not that long ago in the blog, If i wasnt at work and on a shit slow computer id go find it for you, but you can get it yourself

hey guys,
so I tried out both programs, im getting different readings?
same tracks, 2 different results....
MIK = 7B
KF = Fm
I'm using latest version of KF and ver. 2.5 for MiK
Not sure if the M there stands for minor or major, but 7B on the Camelot wheel is F major. The key finding algorithms are different and never perfect so different programs won't always give you the same results.

The single fastest and most reliable way to find the key of a song:
I'm not kidding. It's damn near 100% accurate and takes maybe 1 minute per song if you're slow and use something buggy like iTunes to do your tagging.
Little 'm's mean minor. Major keys don't have a designation, eg. Fm vs. F.
