    Smile Kontrol S2 with A&H Xone:K2?

Hey guys, I'm seriously considering purchasing the relatively new Allen and Heath Xone:K2 as an addon midi controller to my S2. What do you guys think? How would it integrate with my S2?

Any info would be greatly appreciated, thankss

Are you using sample decks? or fx unit 3-4? or do you wanna add a mf mapping?

I've thought about this purchase (since I have a S2) as well for sample deck control but I gladly talked myself out of it. There are many other MIDI controllers out there that can do the same things with the same controls that the K2 has. I also don't really see the point of its onboard audio card though I'd venture to say it does have decent sound quality. Overall there are definently wiser purchases in the ever expanding world of MIDI controllers. The good ol' korg nanokontrol saved my bank account.
