help me :traktor layout!

hey guys i really really need your help!

i have got traktor 3.3
the problem:

the pages are gone their blank now and the effects are now placed on the mixer.
i really don't know what to do

i also have no sound =(((

Gotta give us details. Did you change anything? What sound card are you using? Have you double checked your settings? What system are you running.

Probably something messed up with the settings.xml file. There is a common issue regarding the layouts changing quickly but it does not seem your case.

Do you have sound when playin an mp3 outside tracktor?

I would backup (or rename) all the traktor folder. Then reinstall Traktor and import back your collection and mappings.

Don't forget to backup before reinstalling please...
