Not sure what to make of it to be honest. Arrangement could use some work, same with the mixdown. But I like the idea.

    Definitely not "Dub" though

The dub element was just the angle i was originally going from , big echoes lots off space etc, albeit at a much faster tempo.
cheers for the feedback , its not reli mixed down as such yet its just how it was when i exported it needs a good polish , and the tracks arnt very well eq'd yet either , I'm struggling with the arrangement tho you've got that right , i don't no what sort of track to look at to get an idea of structure ?

Don't look at a track, just make a fun arrangement and keep working on it until it feels right. And why would you upload an unfinished track in the first place? Not a good way to get people excited in what you're working on.

And tempo has nothing to do with making it "dub" or not.

Here's a perfect example of a dub track that's moving,

It's all about making the moving space with the analog grit.

I'm talking traditional dub , roots stuff. (though its moved so far past that its un-recognisable) the deep bass sound and snares, combined with the space, previous versions of this track have been a lot more stripped back maybe I'm just hearing it differently.

Plenty of ppl upload WIP's for feedback purposes , its hardly anything new, and if I'm trying to get this to fit a certain style i need to have some idea of how tracks in that style are usually presented (I'm a dubstep DJ usually), my original inspiration was the julio bashmore deep house with plenty of sub sound but with drums that were more interesting to me. trying to combine a few styles.

Yeah, it did have kind of that early 80's electro vibe as well
