got a question (for Karlos)

A week ago i decided to register my le2 copy in order to have a TP2 serial (A friend of mine want to start djing so it was a kind of present)

I entered my LE2 serial and it gaves me an error (serial already use!)
so i contacted NI support, the ask me the invoice of my x1, photos of hardware serial and of the cd with the serial (they said it could be a returned object)
After that they told me i can use the serial, and in fact, i managed to activate the license.

My question is, i'm going to receive the TP2 serial or not?
The x1 was brand new when i bought it in the store, but this issue was a real problem.

bought it for second time, registered the "le" version with the service center...BUT when i try to register the hardware here http://www.native-instruments.com/en...-registration/ it says "Please try again, the serial number is not valid."

any help ?

Did you have any notification form NI about the serial number coming?
I've registered a copy of LE not LE 2 which has been gathering dust on another machine. No email to confirm registration or suchlike sent to my mail account.
Do you just have to sit tight and wait???

I was having the similar issue, I contacted the support service, they are fast and kind, they send me a new tp2 serial directly in my "ticket".
So, if in a couple of days before activation you'll not receive the serial, try contacting them.

And for hardware registration, if you can't register it, send a mail to support service with your hardware serial, so they can put it in the server and you'll be able to register it after that

And if you know this applies to Traktor LE not Traktor 2 LE version? A little confused as to the version's and the applicable offer with the date's in mind. Sorry for carrying on, just want to get it up and running
