Audio 8 DJ & Audio CD's

I have a djm600 2 x 1210's and 2 x CDJ's will I be able to use everything without having to change wires?

Yes & Nop sorry, (depends if you want to use them with Traktor running or not)
You can have your 1210's and the corresponding controled deck on the same channel, just flip the phono/line input in your mixer to have Traktor (line) or just your vynil (phono)
But for the 2 CDJ's you'll need 2 more Line inputs, DJM600 only have 4, you need 6 but that's only if you don't want to have Traktor running... if not you can just flip the Input Mode on the deck header as Karlos said...
and obviously you need also one multicore for each of your CDJs & 1210s
