i happen to think he is phenomenal. he has some of the quickest hands on the planet and tears the f-bomb outta an mpc, so i believe from a digital dj perspective he should at least have some respect. yes or no?

Yes, but I like Jeremy Ellis more. He brings soul to a new level!

Hes good for sure. Poor guy always has Jeremy Ellis compared to him though. The type of music they make is completely different. I'm gona go to the mix submission sections and comment "I like this, but I like DJ Craze more" on each of the mixes
(but yea Jeremy Ellis is better haha)
I prefer araabmuzik over jeremy ellis.
But that might have something to do with wich generation I'm a part of.
Me too.
Had the pleasure of seeing Araabmuzik at Moog Fest back in October. There was an hour long line wrapped around the BLOCK to get into the venue he was playing. We BARELY got in for the last 10 minutes of his set and it was fucking ridiculous.
Seriously, there are VERY few musicians / DJs / whatever that I've ever seen killing it so hard. The crowd was losing their mind, I was losing my mind (dead sober, by the way). It was just bonkers -- and so f'in good.
If you have a chance to see him live (I'm looking at anyone in California going to Coachella!) do it. You will NOT regret it.
the kid is easily the most impressive thing on the mpc since it came out.
he's also a completely arrogant turd.
saw him at the red bull mpc battle in portland, he was wearing a louis vuitton backpack, texting on his iphone nonstop, when it was his round, he's still on his phone, rolls up to the mpc, looks at his phone a few more times and then looks up, checks his phone AGAIN, and then sets it down and proceeds to dominate.
and then during the final jam along with jeremy ellis and party supplies from brooklyn, he dominated the whole thing, not letting anyone else even get any type of jam in at all.
once again,
the kid is a phenom, a genius on the mpc.
he's also one of the most arrogant people on the mpc scene.
i posted this because i'm definitly gonna see araab at coachella this weekend!!!!!!!! i just think he is rediculously talented. i dont know how is in real life with his personality and all but the way he does things on the mpc and the spead he does them at is ridiculous. as far as comparing him to other people who are beast on the mpc i dont think its possible tbh. his style is just so different due the speeds hes able to push buttons at. but thats just my opinion, maybe im wrong
