    Red face DJMilkStache's Setup!

Hey guys, this is my setup starting from since i was 12

So i bought all this stuff thinking i would use it...big mistake! ended up using the Hercules Mp3 e2 and Audio 2 with Skull Candy Headphones while everything else collected dust.

After about a year or two of using the Mp3e2 with Virtual DJ, i found this DDJ-T1 for sale, only $600!!!

So after playing around with the DDJ-T1 for awhile i started feeling like i needed to start from the basics.
So i bought these bad boys!

Played with the CDJ 800 Mk2's for around $350 each from a friend, and sold the DDJ-T1 for $900
But i still felt like i needed to back to the "basics" so i sold my CDJ's and bought some Technics 1200 Mk3's

After toying around with the Techs, i came across an idea of a setup that ive been wanting for a long time...and so my dream build began!

Sold the Techs and started my build:

Easy. Sound card directly to the monitors. At an event, just hook up directly to the house mixer. And the controllers can be mapped to do anything a mixer can.

    Looks good!

So sick and simple! Love it lol can only imagine how fun it must be.
How do you find the height of your laptop though? Seems like it would get sore to bend over watching the screen lol.

Hey guys! Sorry ive been busy lately prepping for release of my/ dj stuff

AaronDavid: Lets just say im good at making deals

rdale: Im actually enjoying this setup better than traditional setups because its basically all "me"...Everything ive mapped is set to what "i" want it to do, and not what other people have preset...I feel 100X more comfortable and the light show is just an awsome extra!

Fraktionz: At first the laptop viewing angle was aliiiiittle weird but i got used to it after a day or so...and yes i did find myself bending over from time to time to pick a song, or view whats happening...
