so i bought a ".com" and designed a simple website to help promote my mixes. first time for alot of things here, so feedback would be awesome, even if its really mean trolly feedback... ill take anything.

yes, i have to individualize them through soundcloud and it should carry over to the website. thanks thats a good idea, hadn't thought of that yet.

Seems pretty cool so far. I agree on updating the different track pictures. Also maybe try think of adding some more color, the different shades of grey is cool, an minimalistic, but a little more color perhaps might "liven" up your site a bit.

Also the soundcloud link in your sig is broke, I think it's a misspelling.

hahah "soundclownd" thats great. thanks for the tips. ill definitly work on making the site more live, maybe a flash video or something. again thanks for the input.

ok i updated the website and added pictures to the tracks if you guys wanna take a second look. the site has a lot more personality i feel now as well. thanks again DJTT.

Site looks like a good start. I have a few suggestions.

I would suggest different fonts for your header tabs and for your lettering on the site. What are you using now? A different font for each, say something like Georgia for headers on pages and maybe a Verdana type font for lettering on the pages. That is just an example and may not provide the best look. I would find a consistent theme for your site. You need something that will pop a little more. You want it to look clean and enticing.

Also your site looks flat, monochrome and solid colors together. I would add possibly a texture to the background, while keeping it the same color. Maybe a textured look for the top or a picture that defines your musical theme whether that is urban or what.

Hopefully, that gives you some ideas.

Edit: Your title looks almost looks Art Deco. If you want to stick with that theme, that could work as well. I would take a look as some various arts styles and see if any of them fit your music. This is should give you some ideas. You just need to find a visual style for it.
