i can pick up a pair of the KRK Rokit 5 for 220 bucks, used...good deal? or hold out?...i have been looking to upgrade my sound without getting crazy into monitors...
what do you think?

Not a particularly great deal, I paid less than that for both pairs of RP8s I bought. I just saw a pair of RP5s go for $100 on craigslist.
Also unless these are strictly for DJing I wouldn't buy rokits. HS50ms are a better bet.Last edited by Xonetacular; 05-20-2012 at 05:20 PM.

I don't produce or have any desire to do so...which is why i thought of these...if staying with my polks is the wisest thing to do i will do that...
