I released my new app today. It's called OSCPad. You can load custom OSC layouts similar to TouchOSC.

It works Android devices, as well as HP TouchPads and RIM Playbook (coming soon). You can load custom touch layouts that send OSC messages over wifi.

Right now you have to design your layouts with a text editor, but an online graphical editor is the next thing I'm going to work on. See http://forum.burnsmod.com/viewtopic.php?f=6&t=4 for a guide to making layouts.
