Default Is This a Good Deal?

$500 for a pair of CDJ 800 MKII's? I don't know too much about CDJ's as I have always been a Digital DJ. Just wondering if the 800's are good quality, if they have any faults, and if $500 is a good deal for a pair.

Looks like ebay is about double that so I would say yes as long as they're fully functional.

Thanks for that mate. They're off an Australian site called Gumtree. You can find some pretty good deals on there. Do you know if the 800's had any factory faults?

Don't wanna be the party pooper here, but if a deal sounds almost too good to be true, it sometimes is...

Technical equipment for about half the normal price could be one of these cases.

Just ask yourself: why should somebody sell his CDJs for $500 if he as well could get $900 for them?

If this is legit, it really is a good deal. If it is not, it at least is a good way to quickly loose $500...

PS: Are you located in the same area of Australia and could pick them up? That would mean a lot more safety.

trust your instinct in this type of matter.

that's a price for one beat to crap cdj800mk2...sometimes also set in a pretty ridiculous prices.
or if it's true...be prepared to get a lot of headache later when anything falls apart
