A scratch mixer would be different enough for them, I wonder if it'll be analog or if it'll be like the S4 where all the audio is handled in Traktor.

Im gonna go with a mixer to go with X1/F1 setups. Built in soundcard maybe....im gonna go with the $499 guess as well.
If you don't have haters, you're not doing it right
NI getting in on the modular hype and giving us a small mixer to bring along with X1 and F1 maybe???
A&H Xone 62, 2 x X1's, A6, Sony MDR V-700's
You think it'll be that cheap? That's a steal compared to other competitors. The DJM T1 is more affordable now but at launch it was $1700 for what appears to be a similar setup.
One thing i'm not a fan of is the Deck switching that's on the S4 and looks like it's on this unit. It's tricky to have intuitive control when you have to switch decks.
Oh can I make a prediction too?
It'll release with a new traktor version, with features that they'll only let you use if you buy this new controller "because they developed the hardware and software so closely." They'll then promise to make the new features midi mappable.... And never do it.
Second prediction: Everyone will fall for it.
Seems familiar....
All I know is this thing had better be turntable height.
How about an iOS version of Traktor....and a controller to handle it? Cue points, remix, two channel. iOS 6 is rumored to allow stereo output!
I would think it would be a midi mixer to go along side the F1 and X1.
Maybe the iPad is just not visible in the top of the picture?
