Default Anyone tried making a Podcast on iTunes?

So this idea kinda interests me in the fact that I can reach a wide variety of listeners and might be more accessible than say soundcloud or mixcloud.
However, after looking over what is required it seems really 'techy' (im a complete moron with computers).
So i was just wondering if anyone had any experience or stories they could share that might help me out in starting up my own podcast.
    Thank You.

podomatic works pretty well for automatically doing your podcast in iTunes and handles your storage and streaming. As far as doing it in iTunes it's not that hard, just follow the instructions.
