Nu-Acid means you invent it. Anyway, of the few contemporary acid track producers, I like Sascha Müller and Luke Vilbert. Mostly as their tracks have character. You could sniff out it's a Luke Vilbert track after listening the unknown track for 20 seconds. For example, check out YosepH.

Yes, the track has more personality now! Make another remix with some sampled Jamaican singing voices and lots of feedback delay and call it Acid-Dub Remix.
