Hell no. Accuracy and resolution is SO much better with HID.

The thing that makes it weird is that the 400s have full HID support.

Yes, but 400s with HID aren't a threat for 900s sales, 850's probably would be (at least Pio thinks in that way).

It's not pioneer that stops the 850s working with HID. They work with SSL.

CDJ400 had HID integration with traktor before 850's have even come out.

Not the full level of advanced HID that was only implemented in the last traktor update though.
