Default Anybody used or tried Omnishpere?

Arty mentioned it in the last DJTT blog post. I checked it out and there is no demo.

Has anyone had any experience with it. What do you think?

It's pretty much the only synth I use anymore, it's amazing on all fronts IMO. Love using it with the iPad controller, grea way to come up with new sounds.

The fact that you get 50 gb of library content is mind bending. They sampled things like light bulb filaments turning on to add to the depth of the variety of sounds. I havent heard it but every single piece of information i came across put Omnishpere on that top echelon of synths. The only draw back for me was price.

Yeah, I know that price is a bit steep considering you just have to buy it without trying it.

That's crazy about the light bulb thing, I have read the sound library is huge.

But is it more for cinematic/atmospheric sounds though?

I'm really in to sampling non-traditional sound sources, but it's all about how well it works - I wish there were a demo.

It's amazing even if you completely ignore the included content, people forget it's a synth on it's own too:
