Default Recording using Mixtrack Pro and Trakor Pro 2

Hey everybody so I have been trying to figure out why i cant record my first mix in traktor for about a week, did alot of research and still have no progress. I have tried a variety of different output routing and audio set ups and nothings work. When i play a track the peaks show up in the Recorder but when i press record i get the same error every time "Audio Recording could not be started!" Annnnny help or advice would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Here are my preferences and settings that pertain to recording a mix:

    Audio Set Up
Audio Device: "Speakers (2 mixtrack pro)
Built-in Sound Card: "Speakers (2 mixtrack pro)

    OUTPUT ROUTING
    Mixing Mode: Internal
    Output Monitor: L "3:Speakers (2 mixtrack pro) Out 2"
    R "4:Speakers (2 mixtrack pro) Out 3"

    Output Master: L "1:Speakers (2 mixtrack pro) Out 0"
    R "2:Speakers (2 mixtrack pro) Out 1"

    MIX RECORDER
    Source: Internal
File: I have the file routed to be saved to a folder on my desktop

First, I'd try setting up your PC as per the Numark instructions for Traktor using ASIO4ALL:
    http://www.numark.com/images/product...th_traktor.pdf

Once you've done that, you should be OK with the Internal source for the Mix Recorder.

usually even if it's a routing issue traktor will still record but there will be no audio. you are getting an error so it sounds like when you changed the default path to where the recordings are saved, something got messed up. double check the recording directory and make sure everything is correct and you have no odd characters (ie "/" and such) in the path.

I have tried the Numark ASIO4Allv2 set up multiple times and it still gives me the same error, but i dont use the set up wizard because i dont want to loose all my mappings and stuff.
The file is how my file is directed:
    DIRECTORY: C:\Users\Owner\Desktop\Daily Mix\
    PREFIX: 10\29\2012 Christian Crush

Would any of these be to blame??

prefix looks a bit dodgy if you are including backslashes, as those would indicate an extra directory depth (unless that is what you are trying to do, in which case, does the full folder path exist?)
