xone k2 not working

hi guys just got xone k2 today and the bloody thing doesnt work...
ffs....
the drive seems not to work thats on the disk...
and all i get is the install start light ..
the green one on "a" channel and the orange exit/setup light on..
and my traktor s2 driver has disappeared for the midi set up
wtf....
im running osx 10.8.2 and traktor 2.6 on the new update...
argh
any ideas guys
