    Default HELP! Traktor 2.6 & CDJ900 BROKEN!

I upgraded to 2.6 and so far I totally regret it.

When I try to connect two CDJ900s the audio routes and the mapping works correctly. However only one CJD900 HID platter will control both decks.

I cannot get Deck A to control Track A and I cannot get Deck B to control Deck B. Either Deck A & B controls Track A or Deck A & B controls Track B. This is entirely dependent on which CDJ900 is plugged in first. Again... IT ISN'T THE MIDI. Midi controls on Deck A work on Track A and vise versa. It's the HID that is the problem.

How can I control the HID? When I connect the CDJ900's to Traktor 2.6 it now no longer asks me which deck I want to assign the Deck to. Is that wrong? Is this now controlled with software? If it is where? How? And why?

I have a radio show in a few days and I need to get this working ASAP or I will have to go back to 2.5 I guess.

Just a note HID data is more than just the platter. The Cue and Play buttons and a few others are apparently also controlled over HID.

When I installed 2.6 both sides of my X1 controlled the same deck and performed some really odd functions. Reloading my mappings didn't work. However using the setup wizard and starting from scratch got things back on track for me.
    Good luck.

Thanks, I've already attempted the setup wizard and over wrote all my settings. Still nothing working.

Tommy have you attempted this with 2.6 and more than one CDJ900?

When I connect two CDJ900s to either my PC or my Mac to 2.6 the CDJs no longer prompt me to connect to either Deck A or Deck B. It would appear that Traktor is automatically assigning the HID controls. I spent close to two hours in the studio and I could not get to the prompt that one used to see with 2.5 and blow. HID selection is now taken over by Traktor.

Or am I fundamentally missing something?

Perhaps this is a firmware issue with the CDJs. If that is the case there is no hope for me since I would get in a load of trouble if I updated their firmware for them.

How do you switch to advanced HID settings in the CDJ900?
