Default Is there a script for making smart playlists in iTunes?

I just got hip to smart playlists and want to create them for "keys" and "compatible keys" for setlist making. Anyone know if there is an apple script floating around that will create these smart playlists automatically and save me lots of time? Cheers

thanks, but I know how to make smart playlists, just hoping there was an applescript floating around that would create the lists automatically for me. like an import scrpit type thing. will probably be a tedious task, but I suppose I'll just have to do it myself. thanks

Create the lists from what exactly? You can most likely do it with Automator.

I want to have it create smart playlists for all my track's "keys" and "compatible keys" based off the camelot key codes. can be done manually but I'm thinking there must be an easier way, such as a script, unless I'm not understanding correctly

iTunes doesn't read the 'Key' tag, so you'll have to use the comments field and use the smart playlist 'Comment begins with'. Not sure if you'll find an applescript for this operation, as coding the script would take as much time as creating the playlists.
