Default Any traveling DJs use CDJs in HID mode?

HID mode is amazing but is it realistic for a traveling DJ to rely on? when I tried this at a club recently, it seemed sketchy so I didn't use..

    potential issues:

    USB/ Plug and play problems
    Club CDJ haven't updated firmware
transitioning between 2 DJs that both use HID is apparently not possible (?)

All of those are valid. But with the firmware just bring a thumb to update the CDJs. Second you can unplug one of the CDJs at a time and just mix with the other. Just swap each cdj individually.
