New Deftones and Crystal Castles records are getting pretty frequent plays at the moment.

edit: Oh, and The XX's new one. Gorgeous record. Mala in Cuba also.

Though I primarily listen to DnB, House, Techno, (deep) Dubstep/Future_Garage, I also listen to a broad range of
(non-EDM) genres. I'm on the road a lot for my profession, so there is lots of time for tunes.
Here are some of the albums I've listened to in the past week or so:

    Radiohead - King of Limbs
    Fiona Apple - Tidal
Metallica - ...And Justice For All
    Sade - Lovers Rock
    Fugazi - 13 Songs
    Black Star - Self Titled
The Editors - The Back Room
    Bjork - Homogenic
The Verve - A Northern Soul
Antipop Consortium - Shopping Carts Crashing
Sunny Day Real Estate - Diary
The Smiths - The Queen is Dead
    The Dynospectrum - Self titled

The music I listen to for pleasure mostly falls into these genres: -

    R&B/soul (60s-90s mostly)
Old school and golden age hip-hop and electro
    Progressive and instrumental rock

But I listen to all kinds of stuff. Here's the genres I have in my music library: -

Personally there's no difference between what I listen to and what I play since I'm constantly on the lookout for new music. So to answer your question; house, techno, drum and bass, dubstep, breakbeat, hiphop, ghetto funk, swing, balkan, glitchhop, pretty much anything I hear and like.

Didnt mean to categorize "DJ music"

Meant to say what music, other than what you DJ with, do you listen to?

I write mostly house, electro music and I'm a huge fan of the 90's, that being said...

The majority of my CD library is 90's hip-hop and Grunge. I'm also an undercover metal-head so a lot of that stuff to.

BUT, I find when driving, studying, on transit, or just chilling around the apartment it's all classical. I'm a huge fan of orchestral and symphonic music, and the last couple weeks I've been listening to lots of movie scores, by the likes of Hans Zimmer (FAV), Tyler bates, Klaus Badelt and Danny Elfman.

I've been listening to Nujabes all week. I hope he's doing good up there.
