Two NanoKontrollers and Traktor, how does one assign them to separate midi channels?

Refer to title, just scooped up another NanoKontrol from a friend of mine and am having issues using both of them with Traktor. I'm using version 3 and cant seem to find away to assign them to different midi channels. Any help is much appreciated!
