I know we Brits love a good moan about the weather, and I also know that there are people far more northerly than I am/we are who will laugh this off and perhaps 'trump' it, but -11c...seriously!???!!!
Bring on the Panic buying, cancelled trains and people who cant drive in normal conditions trying to do it in this weather....Glad I have another week off :0)
